Show Notes

This podcast was created to share our love of the holidays, year-round, with you.

There are so many daily holidays surrounding the Christmas season at this time of year. Last week, prior to the release of this episode, we celebrated National Christmas Tree Day in the US and we posted pics of all our HolidayMoons Christmas trees. Why? Because we really enjoy them! In this week's podcast we share some of our Christmas tree memories and traditions with each other and with you. We also look back at our favorite pet memories from the Christmas season, as pets have been a big part of our holidays, as they are with A LOT of people! And, we also talk about Bronner's Christmas Store in Frankenmuth, Michigan - the largest Christmas store in the world! And I've been there! We hope that your holiday season is filled with love, joy, peace, and hope that will last throughout the year!

Happy Memorial Day - Again

This podcast was created to share our love of the holidays, year round, with you. For our second round of Memorial Day topics, Randy looks at a few of the military memorials in Washington D.C in more detail, and Sydney shares some fun Memorial Day party food! On a different topic, Beth introduces water beads as a decorating device. This was a new concept for us, so Beth discusses the initial concept before she uses them next week. Happy Mother's Day!!! Love you, Mom!

This podcast was created to share our love of the holidays, year round, with you. It's Mother's Day! What a great day to celebrate the person who brought you into this world, the person who cared for you when you were hurt or down, the person that put her heart and soul into you as you grew, and/or the person who loved you even when you thought you didn't deserve it! Randy starts us off with a quiz about Mother's Day - to give us some general knowledge of the celebration. Then Beth delves into the history of Mother's Day. Cole shares his insights into restaurants on Mother's Day, from his personal experience with his first job as a busser in a steak house. And Sydney rounds out the discussion with a quiz for Randy and Cole about Beth and test their knowledge of her (SPOILER - it doesn't go too well).
